Khanom La
is a sweet treat comprised of fine threads of batter, woven like
a thin mat in the wok. It is made by sprinkling batter quickly
over the surface of a heated wok through the many tiny holes
etched into the bottom of a metal tin. The big sheet of cooked
woven threads is then removed from the wok skillfully with the
aid of a stick and then folded.
