Crispy Pancakes with Fillings (Khanom Buang). Thai crispy pancakes which look very much like Mexican tacos. Coconut cream is topped on the small pancakes before fillings are placed on it. The two different fillings from which one can choose are the sweet filling: containing shredded coconut and golden threads (egg yolk strips) and the salty filling: shredded coconut and chopped spring onions.
