SONGKRAN WATER BLESSING CEREMONY: On the morning of 12th April 2011, many local government officials arrived at the Governor's House in Samut Prakan for the Rot Nan Dam Hua Ceremony. The ceremony was started with Mr. Cherdsak Choosri, Governor of Samut Prakan, pouring rose scented water over a Buddha image. Then people lined up to pour water over the hands of the Governor and to receive a blessing in return [MORE].

วันที่ 12 เม.ย. 2554 เวลา 10.30 ณ จวนผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ได้มีการจัดพิธีรดน้ำดำหัว สงกรานต์ ปีใหม่ไทย ขึ้นเพื่อให้เหล่าบรรดาข้าราชการทั้งหลาย ได้มารดน้ำดำหัว ให้กับท่านผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ นายเชิดศักดิ์ ชูศรี และภริยา ด้วยความเคารพรักยิ่ง งานนี้ถูกจัดขึ้นตามประเพณีไทย โดยสำนักงานจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ซึ่งเหล่าบรรดาข้าราชการจากทุกหน่วยงาน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการได้แต่งกายด้วยเสื้อผ้าไทย ลายดอกสีสดใส มาร่วมงานกันเป็นจำนวนมาก
