Seacon Square will bring back the fantastic memories of three markets from the past century during the Travel Through the Floating Market fair, which will take place at the Main Atrium, 1st floor, Seacon Square, from tomorrow-March 20. The fair will feature the atmosphere of three 100-year-old floating markets: Klong Suan of Chachoengsao, Bang Plee of Samut Prakan, and Sam Chuk of Suphan Buri. Visitors will also see reproductions of the symbols of each market - San Chao Por Klong Suan shrine; an ancient wooden house with foldable doors and kite-shaped roof tiles, which was the first of its kind at Bang Plee market; and the residence of Khun Jamnong Jeenarak, a highlight of Sam Chuk market. Besides discovering the history, culture and architecture of the three floating markets, visitors will enjoy a variety of tasty dishes and sweets of olden days, vintage toys, traditional wickerwork, boat noodles, and more.
