Mr. Kwanchai Wongnitikorn, the Governor of Samut Prakan Province, is seen in this video at the opening of the Old Bang Phli Market Festival. This market is one of the oldest in the country and shows the way of life of days gone by. Every weekend 5th to 27th September 2009 there will be special activities arranged at the old market. These include traditional dancing, boat racing, sea boxing and also boat tours of the local canals.
